On average, hair growth ranges from approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch every month. To grow your healthiest possible hair, you must make the connection to the input and output factor that diet plays in your hair growth. 

Try  adding salmon to your diet to obtain the fatty acids your body needs to  generate healthy hair. If you’re not a fan of salmon, or  are a vegetarian, don’t fret! Adding a standard serving of flaxseed to your diet can be an effective substitute.
